So, you've gotten your traffic generation in place but what you really need is an opt-in list. I use two main opt-in list builders, both are free to join. The two list builders I've found most effective are Your Lucky List and ListDotCom. Why use list builders? Simple, I know you've heard it said "The Money is in the List" and this is 100% true. Your opt-in list is the lifeblood of your business and the fastest way to build a massive opt-in list is to use list builders.

If you can it's best to upgrade your account, you'll build your list much faster, but it isn't necessary.

Once you have joined these programs you are going to want to advertise them using Instant Buzz. Basically this is how it works: You use Traffic exchanges to build your opt-in list, you then use your opt-in list to advertise your product or program.
